This is a Vintage silver plated sugar caster stamped underneath ‘Viners of Sheffield, Alpha Plate, Hand Chased’. It is of extremely high quality, has a really lovely shape and style and is from the 1920’s – 1940’s.
The baluster-shaped body is hand chased showing an Art Deco influence and it has a removable pierced domed top for sprinkling.
