Rare find, working condition. Lights up and moves perfectly! A bolt holds the lid for the batteries. Sadly Charlie’s outfit can be described as dirty and the whole toy looks somewhat scruffy. This is from age and use. However, it works!! Made in Japan by TN (Toys Nomura)
