This is an unusual and highly collectible sterling silver nail buffer manufactured by Crisford & Norris, Birmingham, in 1928.  The silver casing on top of the buffer is in excellent condition with no dents or scratches.  It has the letter ‘S’ monogrammed on top of the handle.  The buffer itself is marked from age and use which is to be expected.
