These Eye glasses dates back to the 1800’s
Oval Lenses Straight Temple Arms With Chain Loops
The straight arms are 13.5cm long
They measure 10.5cm across the front, from hinge to hinge.
The lenses are oval in shape and measure 4cm across and 3.5cm in height.
This pair of glasses comes with a spare set of thick lenses (loose)
The early nose-bridge is engraved on the back with what looks like “B&G” and is also gold plated and is angled upward.
They do not have a case.
A great vintage accessory or a nice addition to your eyeglass collection.
