Vintage Capodimonte Italian hand painted tea pot. Pre owned in good condition. value R480
Measurements: 23cm high to top of the lid. 15cm diameter to edge of the handle.
Creamy white with blue, yellow, and pink ceramic flowers and green leaves on the front.
Trellis work on the back.
The teapot stands on four feet. The spout, ornate handle and lid have no chips or cracks.
The lid has some flaws in the glazing on the underside.
The raised floral work has a few minor and almost indiscernible chips to the edge of some of the petals.
This can be attributed to age and use. Over all an unusual and ornate piece.
Manufacture stamp on the bottom of the pot Capodimonte made in Italy.
